Wavy Gravy, Camp Director, Everyone'z Clown and Nobody's Fool, is known for his work at benefit events and for his "comic consciousness" as a clown and M.C.

He taught improvisation at Columbia pictures (while teaching the same class for the neurologically handicapped at California State University). Wavy studied with Viola Spolin and acted with The San Francisco Committee.
Wavy MC'd all three woodstocks.

He completed his second book, Something Good for A Change, for St. Martin's Press, and Ben & Jerry have named an ice cream flavor after him.

Wavy is the FUN-d Raiser for the Seva Foundation and has served on its board since its inception. Wavy has directed Camp Winnarainbow since co-founding it in 1974.

Jahanara Romney has been our administrative director since 1983. She also serves on the board of the Seva Foundation and helps to develop its Central American projects.

Jahanara was a professional actress for ten years. Plus... A full complement of super circus and performing artists as well as adult counselors and teen staff members, most of whom return year after year. Adult Counselor to Camper ratio is 1:5.

Throughout the summer, our staff will be complemented by long time guest artists like: Patch Adams, famous clown doctor and founder of the Gesundheit Institute (Mr. Adams will teach clown philosophy), Jose Garcia and Jennifer Fleming, who are returning again to teach theater soup and theater experimento. They are the founders of Rubi Theater in New York City. Zappo, Jundid, Patty, Nakia, Yakira, Jory, Timmy, Greg, Allie, Tiffany, Mniska and many more of our talented staff members will return this year to lead us toward Big Fun!
