Seasonal Summer Jobs:

Thank you for your interest in working at Camp Winnarainbow. We expect to open applications for summer 2026 in January, and we expect staff training to begin on or around June 14, 2026.

Please note: all staff are required to be CPR/First Aid certified, submit to LiveScan fingerprinting and an annual background check, complete mandated reporter training (every two years) and concussion training (once).

Summer 2025 Salaries and Wages

Camp Winnarainbow’s salaries and wages for summer 2025 were as follows:

• Base counselor pay: $609/week + room and board
  • Years of seniority and specialized roles are compensated by $10/week increases
• Kitchen staff pay: $20/hour + room and board
• Maintenance staff pay: $20/hour + room and board
