Seasonal Summer Jobs:

Please note: all staff are required to be CPR/First Aid certified, submit to LiveScan fingerprinting and an annual background check, complete mandated reporter training (every two years) and concussion training (once).

Each year, the vast majority of our staff are returning from previous summers. We have very few spots available for new staff. Generally, we do not hire people to be teachers only — skills teachers will also staff a tipi (highly experienced staff may serve on the leadership team instead of staffing a tipi).

Summer 2026 Salaries and Wages

Camp Winnarainbow’s salaries and wages for summer 2026 are as follows:

• Base counselor pay: $630/week + room and board
  • Years of seniority and specialized roles are compensated by $10/week increases
• Kitchen staff pay: $20/hour + room and board
• Maintenance staff pay: $20/hour + room and board

Year-Round Jobs

We are not currently hiring for any year-round positions at this time.
